NSK Canada is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to apply analytical tools to drive improvements in pricing, inventory health, forecasting, and sales opportunity conversion. This position will identify and prioritize greatest opportunities to leverage NSK Americas data to drive business solutions. Collect and condition data from multiple sources and maintain databases. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and automation. Analyze data to identify patterns, trends and develop hypotheses. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to datasets. Build predictive forecasting models and monitor accuracy. Communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders
Support production planning by analyzing product demand and setting service level targets to achieve sales and inventory goals.
This position will work in a hybrid work model (2 days a week in office / 3 days WFH)
Coordinates all sales, pricing, marketing, material control, and engineering activities related to the market segment under the direction of the Segment Leaders. Develops a centralized function focused on business plan development, mid-term plan development and coordination, e-business initiatives, adherence to TS16949 guidelines, and process improvement initiatives.
Directly interfaces with customers on developing projects with a focus on electric and new energy vehicles. Develops and presents designs and analysis required to meet the challenging needs of these emerging technologies, working with the customers from initial concept to full product launch.
This position will provide administrative support and assistance to the Environmental, Health, and Safety Department. Primary responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to, performing various administrative functions to support the EHS function for NSK Americas, interacting with all locations for collecting and tracking data, creating reports and presentations for the EHS department, managing EHS Department related purchase requisitions, managing SharePoint, coordinate multiple third-party web-based programs, and have knowledge of NSK policies and procedures. This job requires the ability to act independently with minimal supervision and make decisions based on interpretation of NSK procedures. This job is responsible for identifying and defining problems, reacting to problems, suggesting potential solutions to problems, and has limited decision-making responsibility. This job contributes information in developing recommendations and has some role in defining procedures and changes necessary to implement results.

NSK Steering Systems America (NSSA) is a worldwide leader in steering system technology, proudly supplying the North America automotive industry. At our Dyersburg, TN manufacturing facility we are in need of full-time Production Team Techs to assembly steering components.
This position performs repetitive line assembly to mass-produce automotive steering columns and/or sub-assemblies following written and/or verbal specifications by performing the duties shown below. This is an hourly non-exempt position with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour; at 90-Days $17.00 per hour; at 6 mos $19.00 per hour and top out at $20.00 per hour at 1 year. An additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift premium and .70 per hour for 3rd shift.
Potential Quarterly Bonus up to 4%.
